Books by Mail is only for individuals who are unable to visit the library because of temporary or permanent disability. An application must be filled out and signed by a physician, nurse, or social worker who can verify that you are disabled and cannot make regular visits to the library. Patrons aged 80 or over are exempt from having to provide this signature. Once your registration is complete, you will be assigned a library staff member either to choose items for you according to the preferences
