Shine Opportunity! Churches across Albuquerque are being invited to participate in a new initiative. APS is cooking and delivering Thanksgiving meals to families recognized as “food insecure” at schools across the city. A meal for a family of four costs $40. Schools with Shine volunteers will be given priority, as we will have volunteers to help distribute the meals However, we have to let APS know how many meals we would like to donate by Monday, September 17! If you would like to donate a meal or give toward a meal for a family, please let Ashley Procter know TODAY!
