APRIL 2016

Poverty Dignified is excited to announce the successful launch of our first MyPower Solutions franchise store on March 5th beside the Encochoyini Primary School at Phola Park Thokoza. This long awaited launch of MyPower Solutions would not have been possible without your continued prayers, belief and support!

Over 350 people attended our grand opening to learn about our products and services for the community. In the first week we had 91 people sign up with Standard Bank to open an account and purchase a product kit. Throughout the first three weeks we have had a total of 379 potential customers to fill out paperwork with Standard Bank to get a loan for the purchase of a product kit for $350 US. Standard Bank is now in the process of doing their due diligence to provide loan approval for these customers. We are thrilled with the results so far and the continued community support and interest for MyPower Solutions. Our goal is to have 500 customers signed up over the first 4 months and to validate our financial projections.

It's important to note that we intentionally located the first franchise in one of the most poverty stricken areas, and even in these conditions we have surpassed our projections with great acceptance from the community and the South African Education Department. With this success we are now ready to open our next 2 purchased franchise locations and from there aggressively expand to fulfill current invitations to over 2000 school properties.

Our representatives train the parents, students and teachers how to use the products and services in the My Power Solutions franchise store.
MyPower Representative, Andrew [shown in blue shirt] sold the very first MyPower Solutions family kit!

"It was the most amazing thing I've ever seen in my life!... We started with 250 individuals to educate, train and develop as MyPower Solutions representatives, and it was a difficult process to have to narrow the talent pool down to 10 individuals. At a count of 20, one man stood up and asked to speak. He proceeded to share his gratitude of thanks, as no one has ever taken the chance to teach him anything. His confidence was now so great; he continued to say, that it was okay if he was not selected to be a part of the final 10 because he now knows he is teachable. All of the other trainees followed suit by standing and sharing how impacted and thankful they were to be a part of the MyPower Solutions mission to empower the individual, community and economy."

The MyPower Solutions' leaders are proud to present the elite Customer Service Representatives, as they all did a phenomenal job with engaging the customers and describing the brand and products.
The principal of the school, Cindy [pictured on right] is extremely excited and has become one of the most passionate ambassadors for MyPower Solutions and MyCyber Wall education platform. During the launch, she announced over the speakers “Parents: if you do not get the MyPower Solutions’ kits your students will be left behind”.

At the launch, we had 23 surrounding principals almost demanding a franchise to be set on their school grounds as well. Also, the Minister of Education was in attendance speaking to the future of MyPower Solutions, and the potential for these franchises to be set down on 27,500 schools grounds throughout South Africa.

In Honor of Warwick Ernstzen

With all the great success and excitement, we are saddened by the passing of one of our key team members, Warwick Ernstzen. Warwick passed unexpectedly on March 18th. To us, it has been more than just losing someone we love and respect, we are lost a truly special man of God, a king and also a priest. He was such a beautiful, holy spirit-filled man and was doing incredible things throughout South Africa…He will truly be missed.

"Warwick was a great business man", said a close friend and mentor of Warwick's, Bruce Weyers. Bruce also said, "I have known Warwick for close to 30 years and always knew him to be upright, meticulous and transparent in his dealings. He was always bold and could put in action big ideas, but was never reckless. You could always trust that in finances he would account for every last cent both to his clients, partners and authorities alike. He never gambled with what belonged to others and was cautious with exposing people and their assets to undue risk. Warwick sat as director on many boards and always exercised incredible entrepreneurship and good governance." MyPower Solutions team is thankful to have known and worked with him. We ask for prayers for his family during this time.

MyPower Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce Weyers as the new Director of Operations for MyPower Solutions Africa. Bruce is a successful business consultant, who has worked along side some of South Africa's most successful companies. His experience and professional network has placed him in great demand amongst the business elite. Bruce is extremely influential in the reformation of the education system in South Africa and well respected by the Department of Education. It is truly a privilege to have him as part of the MyPower Solutions team. and we look forward to telling you more about Bruce in the coming weeks.

Kevin and Trip spent 26 days in South Africa during the month of March. God as given them amazing favor with leaders throughout South Africa and despite the challenges, they continue to believe God everyday to bring his plan for Africa to pass. We want each of our shareholders to know that you are valued and appreciated, and thank you for all you do to ensure the success of MyPower Solutions throughout the continent of Africa.
