Featured Local Business:

Minnow Lane

Our friends at Minnow Lane (2029 Frankford Ave) are a wonderful new addition to the neighborhood and we'd like to thank them for being here! They are the only neighborhood provider of a wide variety of natural and organic products (all eco-friendly, socially conscious toys and products made with toxin free, renewable and reusable materials) for children and young families. They regularly host gathering space for expectant parents and young families to participate in creative, informational, and supportive classes and workshops, including a monthly CPR workshop, a number of special events, and two weekly gatherings:

Sunday, 5/1  Monthly Family & Friends CPR Training  10 AM - Noon
This CPR Course teaches the lifesaving skills of child CPR. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment which provides students with the most hands-on practice time possible. This course is for people who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card; it is ideal for schools and students, new parents, grandparents, babysitters and anyone else interested in learning how to save a life. You may register online.
