Question of the Month

Come in and check out responses to last month's question, and drop your thoughts in the jar for May's question to get you thinkin' -

What are you doing or want to do that benefits others?

Did you know? Dandelions are fully edible, and are actually good for digestion! The flowers are considered a delicacy in salads, make great wines and jams; the greens are packed with the vitamins (best when young and before flowering, in May) and can be used fresh or cooked like spinach; and the root can be made into coffee substitute. No need to spray down your lawn when you can eat it! Read up.
