A Fun Fundraiser for TTMP
Cabot Ride the Ridges
September 11, 2016

Who: We are looking for teams willing to ride one of the three races on behalf of Twinfield Together Mentoring Program.  TTMP will ask donors to sponsor your "team".  Click here for more details about bike rides.

What: Teams can be individuals, mentor and mentee pairs, or families (my family will be a team). Teams solicit enough donations to cover the registration cost (so this will cost you nothing) and any extra donations will help TTMP reach its annual $10,000 fundraising goal.

Cabot Ride the Ridges is an annual fundraiser for Cabot Connects, so the registration fee we pay will be donated to the Cabot Mentoring Program.  The race is described as a fun and challenging mostly dirt road bike ride through the scenic landscapes and rugged terrain of Cabot and Peacham, Vermont.

This will a be a fun way to raise money for TTMP, and there will be good food after the ride!  If you think this is something you would be interested in exploring more, call or email me and we can talk through the details.

Free Lake Monsters Tickets from Symquest
Thanks to a generous donation from Symquest, Mobius is once again able to provide free Vermont Lake Monsters tickets for mentor pairs. Sign up for a pair of tickets using this quick Doodle form, and be sure to include your name and email so we can follow up with you to make sure you get your tickets.

The tickets are vouchers so they can be used for any home game this season. Please remember to redeem them at the box office once you know the game you want to attend, and do so in advance for 25 cent Hot Dog Night.
What are you two up to?
Thanks for keeping your time and dates coming to me so I can track hours of contact for our grants.  You can achieve this in three way:
  1. Enter it into the CiviCorps Database here (go back as far as you can remember).  Specific directions below for those of you that need it.
  2. Email me directly (You can even just respond to this newsletter) and tell me dates, time spent together and a brief description of what you did together.
  3. Call me and tell me over the phone (or leave it on my answering machine).
