SkyLine Online Counselling: This is a free online counselling service that gives one-to-one support to help young people through tough times. Online counselling allows young people to write down the things they want to talk about, as well as exploring thoughts and feelings in their own time and personal space. All counselling happens through a secure website and they offer a choice of live chat or message-based counselling.

SkyCasts Online Workshops: Free and informal online workshops, providing practical help and information about key issues that young people might be struggling with such as depression, stress, anger or anxiety. The idea of SkyCasts is to give an easy way to get clued up, ask questions and share ideas about these issues. The sessions are short and interactive!
