Tip of the month:

Summertime typically brings some changes to our routines, and perhaps this summer you'll be able to get back to some activities that you were forced to forego in 2020.
How about continuing to respect some old family traditions, BUT to also try to switch things up a bit by asking some people to play roles that are a bit different from the ones they usually play.
This can be a great learning experience and allow us to see people stretched out of their comfort zones.
And those are things we might need to strive for more often when dealing with our family members, as we all grow together.

Our session is titled:  How Can Advisors Learn to Lean into Conflict, With Confidence?
