Welcome back to the JP Marshall newsletter.

2017 has started much the same as 2016 ended with the JPM crew hard at work fabricating at our Te Rapa base and out on site at various locations around the Waikato and Auckland areas. We are really looking forward to giving you some insight into our products as well as some of the many and varied projects JPM will undertake this year, so stay tuned!

This month we have a quick introduction to one of our awesome imported products, the innovative SAMI Eurosilo.

The SAMI Eurosilo was born as an evolution of the traditional vertical silos, easily transportable with minimum environmental impact the Eurosilo is easily positioned thanks to its unique characteristics.
Its dimensions make it easily transportable by road or sea and it's telescopic adjustable landing legs allow loading/unloading/levelling of the silo without the use of cranes.
This combination makes the Eurosilo ideal for temporary/challenging sites or sites geologically unsuitable for vertical silos.
Designed to be installed in just a few hours, the Eurosilo is pre-wired and completely automated.
This provides the user with significant savings in installation/removal and handling costs. The silo can be used on its own or integrated into many different kinds of operations.

Perfect for the storing and dosing of cement the Eurosilo is also easily adapted to other materials such as lime, fly ash, bentonite, sand and similar products. The Eurosilo can discharge product via a timed dose or use its on-board weighing system to accurately dose materials to +/- 3%.  This is all aided by its on-board automatic vibration system, screw conveyors and filtration systems.
The horizontal Eurosilo is available in different load capacities from 15 m³ to 76 m³ with a huge range of accessories and options available.

Our product specialist Frank Finlay would be happy to discuss any questions you may have.
You can e-mail Frank here or give him a call on 027 484 9920.

More info is available on the JPM web page  www.jpmarshall.co.nz or alternatively you can check out the full SAMI range at their web page here.

We have been digging into the photo archives again and turned up this shot of JPM legend Kerry O'Neil with a massive dumper!
Kerry was snapped here in the early 90’s with one of three Terex Diesel electric dump trucks assembled by JP Marshall Engineering.
Terex contracted JPM to assemble the trucks, all three destined for the Downers fleet.

And below we have a JCB 436 loader being line bored by our machine shop team last week, Call Craig on 027 441 4096 if you have a machine that needs some attention.

And don't forget to like JPM on Facebook to keep up with our latest projects.
See you next month!
