The ESP8 conference was a success with nearly 400 participants from 57 countries. Photos of the conference can be viewed here, some photos will still be added.
All ESP8 presentations will be uploaded (in PDF) onto our website. You will be informed when these are made available.

We are happy with the ESP8 social media outreach we achieved. In total 2,188 tweets about the conference were sent out, reaching an audience of 483,227 people worldwide.

Once again we would like to thank the Department of Environmental Affairs South Africa for hosting and co-organising the ESP8 conference, and sponsoring the welcome reception. Also, we would like to thank Bioversity International for their sponsorship, ESP8 participants enjoyed the wine you offered.
