Chocolatier Kate Weiser – whose popular holiday product, Carl the Snowman, landed on Oprah's famous "favorite things" list in 2018 – recently opened a pop-up shop in River Oaks District. In this month's Chef's Corner, Kate shares the Carl story, along with her strategies for pairing chocolate with wine.
