The Best Way to Cook a Steak
So now you've got the organic, grass-fed, dry-aged steak of your dreams...  What are you going to do with it?

Well, we've cooked a lot of steaks and we can tell you with certainty that the reverse sear is the way to go.  This technique flips conventional cooking on its head - instead of searing the steak first and then cooking it to the desired internal temperature, you slow-cook the steak and then sear it at the end of the process.  This creates a magically tender, evenly cooked, perfectly browned and mouth-watering cut of beef.  Give it a try!
Pasture Packs!
This week we have the biggest variety of pasture packs ever!  Choose the one(s) that best meet your family's needs, or pick one as a present for a friend!  Pre-orders via our online shop are recommended as we expect these packs to go fast.
Beef Steak Pack - $150
We know this is the one you've been waiting for! Pack contains 5-6 packs of delicious grass-fed steaks (may include: porterhouse, t-bone, rib, sirloin, round, chuck, and rouladen), and two packs of our delicious ground beef.

Beef Oven Pack - $150
Treat yourself to some cozy, beefy meals this fall.  Pack contains 2-3 pot roasts (chuck and round), brisket, short ribs, and a couple packs of stew.
Beef Share Pack - $150
A little taste of everything beefy.  Pack contains a couple packs of steaks, a pot roast, brisket, short ribs, and a pack each of ground and stew.
BBQ Pack - $150
An assortment of meats that shine on the grill - Two spatchcock chickens, two packs each of beef dinner sausages, beef smokies, and ground beef, and a couple delicious beef steaks.
Buddha Pack - $150
Let us make you one with everything!  Beef smokies, beef dinner sausages, pepperoni sticks, cured pork sausage, pork breakfast links, ground beef, ground veal, a whole chicken, a pork roast, and one pack of beef steaks!
Mixed Oven Pack - $150
Some oven-lovin' cuts for those of you who appreciate a good roast.  Pack contains one whole chicken, one pork roast, one beef pot roast, and a couple packs of beef stew and short ribs.
Piece-Out Pack - $160 - $190
The piece-out pack includes four chickens cut up and conveniently shrink-bagged.  Pack contains 2 x 4 boneless skinless breasts, 2 x 4 skin-on bone-in thighs, 2 x 4 drumsticks, 1 x 8 wings, and 2 x 2 backs for stock or soup.

Holiday Turkey Orders
We will be delivering fresh turkeys to Lillooet, Pemberton, Squamish and Whistler Farmers' Markets the weekend before Thanksgiving (October 5-7).  Christmas turkeys are also available and will be delivered frozen throughout the Sea-to-Sky in December (location and time TBD).
