A Message from Our President

Wow!  It’s April!  Can you believe it? This year is going by fast, or at least it seems that way to me. Congratulations to those of you who strive daily to make your dreams come true.

We at Passionate Ink would love to hear about the good things happening to you in the publishing industry. If you have new releases coming out, please make sure to avail yourself of the free promotion that PI offers its members via this newsletter. This is a good way to get your stories out into the world.

For us to offer the workshops you've said you'd like to see, we need a Workshops Director or a  group of volunteers willing to take on the responsibilities for this position. There is training available. If you're interested, please email me at president@passionateink.org.

As always, fellow authors, thank you for all that you have done and continue to do. Your commitment to excellence is what keeps PIRWA one of the best chapters in the nation. Our sincerest thanks for being a part of this great chapter where “Some Like it Hot.”

Best,
Nikki Prince

For more details on this workshop, visit our Workshops page.

TO REGISTER: This workshop is for Passionate Ink members only. Click here to join Passionate Ink. PI members, please sign up for this workshop using the registration form.

It’s Complicated

By Nikki Prince

Ashton Locke has had a thing for Keiko Jarrett since college. So when she proposes adding friends with benefits to the mix, he’s intrigued, but wary. Sure, he’s always wanted her, and is definitely not ready to settle down with anyone, but what happens if one of them crosses the line?

Keiko is ready to take her flirty friendship with Ashton to the next level of hot. But she never bargained for feelings to intrude and cause complications. She laughed at Ashton’s hesitation and promised she’d remain heart-whole.

Some promises are meant to be broken, and as Keiko and Ashton’s benefits bleed in all aspects of their lives, Keiko needs to convince Ashton that love is worth the risk.

Sweet Hearts: Hot Hearts Cafe, Book 1

By Ginger Leone and Lia Violet

Enter the Hot Hearts Cafe with these two sexy stories, where love—and pastries—are magic.

In the first tale, werewolf and hottie-detective Jason falls in love with the beautiful Allayna, a mermaid land bound for one day only. Is their hot romance enough to convince her that life’s sweeter on land or will her choice to go back to the water douse the flames of their love forever?

In the second story, former FBI agent Belinda realizes that faery cafe owner Kellan charms her even more than the magical cinnamon rolls that he sells in My Cinnamon Roll.
