Un-hidden Bucharest II is an urban regeneration project conceived as a series of 5 urban signals / artistic interventions in the public space, co-created with the community, aiming at humanizing Bucharest and promoting its understanding and exploration through art.
Furthermore, it produces a street art map of Bucharest, online & print and two street art workshops for children. Click here to discover this edition’s activities.
None of this would have been possible without the efforts of the artists - iZZY iZVNE, Livi Po, Lucian Niță KSELEQOQYNQYSHY, John Dot S, Pisica Pătrată, and the remarkable openness and help granted by our partners.

CAPITOL Cinema / Summer Theatre
Un-hidden Bucharest street art tour 3 x Open Door Travel outside the box

Following street artist J.Ace in the Un-hidden Bucharest street art tour 3 x Open Door Travel outside the box / An expected incognito visit at CAPITOL

We're super excited to collaborate with UK street artist J.Ace who created a series of micro-interventions inspired by the history of the Capitol and the surrounding area. With a distinct personal vision, J.Ace interpreted the portraits of remarkable characters such as Constantin Mille, the journalist who gives the name of the street where the Capitol Summer Garden is located, Nicolae Nenciulescu, the architect of the Summer Capitol Theatre, Henriette Delavrancea, the architect of the Capitol cinema. Among the figurines modelled by J.Ace is also the god Pan, who is a central figure in the decor of the Capitol Summer Theatre, as well as Queen Elizabeth of Romania, whose name is borne by the boulevard on which the Capitol cinema is built.

“This one hour, from start to finish, is to expect and experience some very hypnotic sounds and voices, every sound being very detailed and distinct in the shapes and sounds of nature. A spacey part of this podcast is going to stay up in your mind with deep dark acid compositions. All those vibes and compounds were brought together for your body and soul by me.” – Sorin Simon

“The userUNKNWN project started not long ago with the intention to output my own productions where the genre is more minimalistic and trippy, currently releasing independently on bandcamp. Some unreleased material is out there circulating among some DJ friends.” – userUNKNWN

“Politically correct” – Derëk

feeder sound 186 mixed by Derek sets off with a strong minimal sound, with the first selection of tracks displaying a complex spaced-out dimension of music, fused in deep tech patterns. The driving rhythm smoothly transforms into minutes-long dreamy and groovy transitions as the mix progresses.

Monkey Safari – Shelter EP

Monkey Safari are well known for over-delivering on their releases. They have rarely released records with less than three or four tracks or several remixes. That said, they believe that “Shelter” deserves to stand alone.
