My 2017 Resolution is Probably Your Resolution

Once again, Sno-Isle Libraries has dedicated their commitment, energy, and resources towards helping entrepreneurs and small businesses. Our strategic priorities for 2017 through 2019 highlights this at the top of the updated document, which you can view online. Therefore, my resolution as the Lead Librarian for Business here is to redouble my efforts towards bringing you the best business services possible. Laying the groundwork for improved business services has really taken a bulk of my effort in the last two years. However, in 2017 I have plans to announce exciting new initiatives soon, so keep your eyes peeled in the coming months for more details.

Library Business Tool Tip

ABI/INFORM Trade & Industry
Who needs an industry profile report? Anyone writing a marketing or business plan. Use ABI/INFORM Trade & Industry for industry profiles. It includes industry quarterly reports by First Research, a D&B company that produces industry intelligence tools specializing in marketing research and trends. Its reports are excellent and used by banks when considering business loans.
Here's how to access: in ABI/INFORM Trade & Industry, click on Advanced Search. In the first search box, enter First Research Industry Profiles. In the second search box, enter the product, service, or business (for example, "yoga", "coffee," or "greenhouse".) Press enter. You can limit your results to most recent reports by sliding the marker under the Publication Date to include only the current year, or last several months.
