EUCUMBENE
img
Good customer Daniel Weeks headed up to Eucumbene for the weekend and was rewarded with some trophy browns. After the rains last week, the fish are well and truly into their spawn run and the river is littered with big fish! It can be easy pickings this time of the year if you have the technique down pat. Weeksy reports that the best method was using trout egg imitations weighted with a couple of split shot sinkers and a nymph trailing off the egg. This method is simple and easy, it enables you to use light weight flies without the use of a fly rod.
