Well done to Warren Carter and also Shaun Furtiere from Think Big Fishing Charters who boated this silver monster on Monday night. Shaun reports that it was an epic ordeal and this cracker put up one hell of a fight. Warren was running out of line, so Shaun had to quickly pull up anchor to gain some much needed ground. After a lot of patience and persistence on the rod, Shaun slid the massive net under the fish and the pair struggled to pull this 31kg mammoth onto the deck. There were hugs and celebrations upon landing this amazing fish and why not, a fish of a lifetime. Congratulations boys!
