Good customers Deki and his father Rade fished near Hastings on Friday night and managed a nice sized gummy round 10kg. The boys also came across some pinkies early Saturday morning. Awesome catch boys!

Seado managed his PB while fishing the top end of the Port on Saturday night and what a ripper it was weighing 9kg! Seado reports that fresh yakka was the bait of choice.

Staff member Harley had a successful outing on the snapper while fishing late into the night on Friday. Harley was fishing in just 2m of water when he hooked these beauties and dropped 5 others!

David Albarenque and his good mate, Paul Jabke dominated the reds while fishing the Corinella area on Friday morning. After sourcing some fresh squid earlier, the pair were able to convert them into their bag of snapper ranging from 4.5 to 5.5kg. Love ya work boys!

Ian Bruce and Neil Boal landed two nice snapper while fishing off Corinella late Saturday night. The pair’s fish weighed 4.5 and 5kg respectively. Squid and tailor fillet got the job done on the ebb tide.

Adam Gualano smashed the squid while fishing in 4m of water out from Point Cook this week. Adam’s haul consisted of quality specimens including this beauty with a 50cm hood.

Troy Longson went out for a land based session on Sunday at Port Melbourne. After sitting in the rough weather a hungry 3.5kg snapper couldn't resist and took a full pilchard; great catch Troy!

Aaron Bossner fished in 8 meters of water out from Altona over the weekend and caught a nice pair of snapper weighing up to 4.5kg. Great job mate!

John Hristeas landed this cracker snapper weighing 11.04kg out of Black Rock on Saturday. One of the best we have seen this season so far!

Matt Cini from Reel Time Fishing Charters nailed some more Melbourne snapper for some happy customers this week. Matt reports that the size of fish has been staggering so far with very little fish landed under 3kg. Silver whiting has been the stand out bait.
