October 2014

This month we're highlighting the small changes you can make that have a big impact on your productivity, sense of well-being and organization.

You've likely heard of the 80/20 rule or the Pareto Principle.  The idea is that 80% of all of our results come from just 20% of our effort.  This means that you can realize significant improvements in productivity, performance and profitability by making small changes to just a few of the things you do each day.  People who leverage the 80/20 rule have figured out how to work smarter, not harder and you can too!  Read below for ways you can make small changes and get big results.
