This month we're highlighting the small changes you can make that have a big impact on your productivity, sense of well-being and organization.

You've likely heard of the 80/20 rule or the Pareto Principle.  The idea is that 80% of all of our results come from just 20% of our effort.  This means that you can realize significant improvements in productivity, performance and profitability by making small changes to just a few of the things you do each day.  People who leverage the 80/20 rule have figured out how to work smarter, not harder and you can too!  Read below for ways you can make small changes and get big results.

What: One Warm Coat Drive.  For the 2nd year Simply Placed will collect coats of all sizes to donate to One Warm Coat.  Last year we collected over 200 coats and we look forward to collecting more this year.  Have one or more coats to donate? Contact us to schedule a pick up or drop off or bring your coats to the 8th Annual Pre-Holiday Shopping Open House on Nov. 13.
