Launch of the COVID-19 Longitudinal Research Hub 

We have launched a new COVID-19 Longitudinal Research Hub to capture and showcase the latest information and developments from across the longitudinal research community, all in one place.  

The Hub contains the special COVID-19 longitudinal surveys, latest data releases and where to access these, new research and evidence, expert opinion and blogs, and further useful resources.

ALSPAC COVID-19 survey data release

Data from the first Avon Longitudinal Study of Parents and Children (ALSPAC) COVID-19 survey is now available for researchers to access. Over 6,800 people completed the first survey, which ran from April to May 2020. Read more


Understanding Society briefing notes

The Understanding Society study team has produced new insights on health and caring and home schooling using data from their first COVID-19 survey. Read more

Call for evidence: unequal impact of COVID-19

The Women and Equalities Committee has announced a call for evidence for three new sub-inquiries focussing on the unequal impact of the pandemic: coronavirus and BAME people, the gendered economic impact, and disability & access to services. Read more

UK Data Service COVID-19 theme page

The UK Data Service has launched a dedicated COVID-19 theme page, bringing together information and links to a number of ongoing COVID-19 studies.
