A note from Manisha...

Dear <<First Name>>,
Just as this quote says, we all have inner strength that we can tap in to when we meet difficulties or painful situations. But not everyone is able to dig deep enough to find that strength.
There may be times when outer situations overwhelm us and make us go weak. How can we build inner strength so that we can deal with them with greater poise?
That’s the topic of my latest blog post, 3 Sure Ways to Build Inner Strength.

One of the things I speak about in this article is the importance of building self-reliance. Many of us surrender our power to others, allowing them to influence our decisions and self-worth.
This over-dependence on the approval and opinion of others ends up making us lose confidence in our own abilities to judge what is good for ourselves and make sound decisions.
In the article, I describe a daily routine that is guaranteed to help you to not only gain inner strength, but also peace of mind and spiritual growth.
I also share the importance of protecting our mind from negative influences. Where do these come from and how can you overcome them? Read 3 Sure Ways to Build Inner Strength to find out.

If you were to walk outside on a cold, blustery winter day with a pair of jeans and a thin shirt, you would naturally feel cold. But if you also wore thermal underwear, a winter coat, boots, gloves and a knitted cap, you would be much more comfortable walking outside.
Building inner strength is like wearing winter gear to protect yourself from the barrage of changes and challenges that the world brings every day.  Click Here
