God is your own Higher Self. Even though you and I are constantly being guided by this divine presence within, we miss many of Its messages. This is because our minds are usually preoccupied with outer happenings and daily concerns.

In my latest blog post, How to tune in to God inside you, I share that one of the most powerful ways that God communicates with us is by giving rise to certain emotions within us.

Negative emotions make your mind agitated and unhappy while good and noble emotions make you feel peaceful or happy. This is experienced by all people everywhere.

With every negative or positive emotion that you feel, God is prompting you to either re-align your thinking with peace or affirming that what you have done is right.
