A note from Manisha...

Dear <<First Name>>, 
Think about some of the emotional wounds from past hurts that are lodged in your psyche as negativities such as unforgiveness, anger, resentment and disappointment.
 
If you can see these negative emotions as being salt, how big would the quantity of salt you are carrying be?
 
No matter what size of container you think you have, it has to be released to free yourself from the emotional load you are carrying.
 
The best way to unburden yourself is to give up your “salty” emotions to the divine. This is the focus of my latest blog post, Meditation for healing past hurts.
 
In this guided meditation, I lead you to the ocean with your container of salt. The ocean here represents the divine universe or higher power that has absolutely no problem absorbing any quantity of salt that you put into it.
In Meditation for healing past hurts, I prompt you to imagine that the ocean lovingly responds to you and reassures you that it will release you of all your pain and cleanse you. You pour out your container of salt into the water and start to feel lighter and happier.
The meditation ends with an affirmation and blessing that you can continue to use anytime afterwards. Listen and free yourself from negative emotions in Meditation for healing past hurts.
Talking about the past, 2022 will soon be gone. How quickly we are approaching the holiday season and the start of a new year.
