When Columbia Global Freedom of Expression launched the online global database of freedom of expression case law and court rulings, it contained 250 cases from 65 nations. As of today, the database contains 472 cases and more are added almost every day.
To keep you up to date with the Database, we decided to launch a weekly email that provides a list of new case additions to the database.
We will very much welcome your comments and feedback on the cases analyses. Also, for some of them, we could not get access to the official court documents, including the decisions. If you have access to such documents, please forward them to me.
We hope that you will find the email to be a useful introduction to new and seminal jurisprudence from around the world. If not, you can easily unsubscribe! (See below).
