A community meeting will be held to discuss the hotel being proposed at 1090 South De Anza Boulevard. The meeting will be hosted by the San Jose Planning Division and the project applicant. The meeting will be an opportunity for you to learn more about the project and provide input. The applicant is proposing a 4-story hotel, which would include 90 guestrooms, a lobby, fitness area, breakfast and food prep area, meeting room, and linen/laundry area. The project includes underground parking to accommodate approximately 50 vehicles and a proposed alternative parking design to accommodate vehicles past the maximum threshold.
You can read the official public notice here.
Please note: if you received a paper notice in the mail for this project, there was a small error in the project description which incorrectly stated the project address; the rest of the project description is correct. The correct project address is 1090 South De Anza Boulevard. The notice did correctly refer to the address in the title, and the map in the notice accurately showed the project location. The error has since been corrected on the City’s website.
Please reach out to the project manager, Robert Rivera at Robert.Rivera@sanjoseca.gov, or the District 1 office at email@example.com if you have any additional questions or comments.
