THE VIEW FROM HAVANA: THE WORLD IN A TIME OF UPHEAVAL
The New Zealand Institute of International Affiairs and the LANZBC are delighted to present a public address by H.E. Mario Alzugaray, the Cuban Ambassador to New Zealand, on Monday 10 June at 6pm.

Ambassador Alzugaray has spent some four busy years in New Zealand.  During that time upheaval has continued to occur in many parts of the world. The situation in the Americas shows particular turmoil. Upheaval has even affected peaceful New Zealand.
Ambassador Alzugaray enjoys wide experience abroad and in New Zealand.  He is in an authoritative position to explain the unique perspective of Cuba on developments in the world economy and in geopolitics over the last few years.  His experience may enable some assessment of possible future developments.

When: Monday 10 June 2019, 6.00 - 7.30pm
Where: Old Government Lecture Theatre, [OGHLecTh/102-G36], Old Government House, The University of Auckland, Princes Street, Auckland
