ARGENTINA AND ASIA: A GROWING AND FRUITFUL RELATIONSHIP, 27 JUNE, AUCKLAND
The New Zealand Institute of International Affiairs and the LANZBC are delighted to present a public address by Ambassador Eduardo A. Sadous in Auckland on Thursday 27 June.

New Zealand’s neighboring continents are Asia, and Latin America.  While New Zealand and Latin America share strong historic links to Europe, New Zealand’s relations with Asia are stronger than those with Latin America.  New Zealand diplomacy has a strong interest in trade agreements with each continent, and more recently in trade agreements that embrace both continents. However, little is known in New Zealand about the direct relationship between Asia and Latin America.
Ambassador Eduardo A. Sadous is uniquely situated to explore and explain the relationship between his own nation of Argentina, and the various nations of Asia    A jurist and academic by backgorund, he has deep experience in diplomacy on both continents, having served as Argentine Ambassador to Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam, and to Venezuela.
