Welcome to The Hoot!

We hope you like our new look, inspired by the new Owl logo. We redesigned our athletics owl this summer to reflect our Greek beginnings. Combined with the bold letterforms reminiscent of Greek lettering, this new owl is confident and reflects our athletics program’s values of determination, dignity, and commitment. In a nod to alumni who seem to prefer a less aggressive owl, we will soon have a friendly version of our new owl as well to use around campus for non-athletic programs.

We're starting to fill up with entries for the Athenian Memory Book project! We've heard from alumni from most decades, but we'd love to hear your story too. Please visit our submission page and share your memories with us. Writing an essay about your Athenian memories for this book is a lasting way to memorialize alumni and community members we have lost recently. We encourage you to dedicate your entry to someone who had an impact on your education here.

The 2016 Athenian Magazine will be coming out in the next month, so if you need to update your address, please do so
here. We think you're going to love it!

Warm regards,
