City transformation gains pace

2021 is already proving to be a year of action with several of Council’s city shaping projects moving closer to construction.

Development Applications (DAs) have now been submitted for Soper Place and City Park. Together, the two projects in Penrith’s CBD will deliver A-Grade office space, green open space, and additional car parking. This will enhance the appeal of Penrith’s City Centre for business and retail, stimulating the local economy.

The final design of Regatta Park has also been revealed, and should DA approval be granted for Soper Place and City Park, all three projects could commence construction this year. Read More
