GRAND OPENING WEEKEND DETAILS!
"MARDI GRAS IN APRIL"
Join us for a unique food and craft beer experience as Fieldwork Head Brewer Alex Tweet and Chef Mike O'Brien (Mikkeller Bar, Perdition Smokehouse and The Trappist) collaborate on "Mardi Gras in April", our Grand Opening Celebration Dinner!

The Taproom and Brewery will provide the setting for a five course Creole tasting menu prepared by Chef Mike and paired with Fieldwork Brewing Co. brews selected by Chef Mike and Alex.

Seating is limited to 40 people so reserve your place for our inaugural Chef & Brewer Dinner and help us celebrate our Grand Opening. Make your reservation here!

Friday, April 24th, 12 pm-11 pm

11 am- 5 pm: "Release the Hounds"

We will be releasing two new beers when we open at 11 am!

"Hannah" Biere de Garde

"Hugo" French Table Beer

7 pm -10 pm: Mardi Gras in April Celebration Dinner

Sunday, April 26th

11 am -2 pm:
Doughnut and Beer Pairings with local favorite Doughnut Dolly

3 pm - 6 pm:
Cheese and Beer Pairings with Petaluma's Pugs Leap Cheese

Five beers are on tap this week for tasters, full pours and growler fills, including one new release:

Canopy Pale Ale: "An IPA quantity of Mosaic hops are thrown at this pale ale to give it a gigantic hoppy nose with scents of over-ripe cantaloupe, honeydew, fresh strawberries, and subtle berry-like notes. A nice little pinch of British specialty malts help provide this pale ale with subtle toffee and bready notes to back up all of that hoppy goodness."

We offer delicious beef, chicken and vegetable "pasties" from The Pie Shop in Oakland to pair with delicious craft beer.

Tuesday: 4 pm to 8 pm
Wednesday and Thursday: 12 pm to 9 pm
Friday and Saturday: 12 pm to 10 pm
Sunday: 12 pm to 8 pm
