According to the HCPSS e-mail distributed on December 31, 2021, HCPSS staff are working with a testing vendor on the feasibility of a test-to-play plan for athletics, in accordance with a motion passed by the Board of Education. As you know, the situation is fluid and things can change at any time. More information will be provided as plans are developed.

Mr Lewis and his family

Meet Reservoir's new Activities and Athletics Manager:
Marcus Lewis

I have been Teaching and Coaching in Howard County for the past 25 years (8 years at Oakland Mills, 17 years at Marriotts Ridge). I am a product of the Howard County Public School System as I attended Oakland Mills High School before attending the University of Delaware on a Full Football Scholarship. I have been married for 20 years and have 2 sons aged 18 - Darian, and 16 - Donovan. I have lived in Westminster for the past 17 years. Working with young people and Athletics are 2 passions of mine. I hope to add excitement and hope to the Reservoir Community as I am extremely excited to represent the school as the new AAM.

A very warm Gators WELCOME Mr Lewis!

Kate Herberholz
Official SGA Title: 1st Vice President

Kate’s greatest contribution to the SGA has mainly focused on creating connections and a more open community for students. Through our assemblies, mental health round tables, and the SGA page, she strives to make Reservoir a more inclusive environment. Kate embodies the HCPSS mission for student voice, encouraging both students and faculty to communicate and express concerns as well as new ideas.

After high school, Kate plans on majoring in Aerospace Engineering and eventually working for NASA. She looks forward to continuing to build a future less shrouded in stereotypes for young women in STEM.

Isaiah Dunn
Official SGA Title: 2nd Vice President

Isaiah is a great listener and works hard to represent the needs of all student groups.  As a leader in the SGA, he tries to act as a bridge between the student body and administrators. This in itself really strengthens our community by letting the students feel heard.

After high school, he plans on pursuing a political science degree and then going on to Law School. Further in the future, he is looking forward to helping people by implementing changes in the way our government works in order to help those who have been systematically disenfranchised.
