LUMEN STEM FAIR
Lumen is a charter school looking for volunteers to present hands-on STEM activities to 7th-12th graders or to mentor a student in a science project that will be presented at the fair on Saturday, January 14, 2017. Click here for more information and to sign-up. 

SMART SCHOLARSHIP
The SMART Scholarship for Service Program pays for students' BS, MS, or PhD degrees and employs them in a Department of Defense facility post-degree completion. Apply by December 1, 2016. To apply and learn more, click here.   
 
THE NIKON SCHOLARSHIP
Application deadline: April 30, 2017. The 2017 Nikon International Small World Competition encompasses any movie or digital time-lapse photography taken through a light microscope. Top 3 prize winners will receive $3000, $2000 and $1000 award amounts respectively. For more info, click here
