WOMEN'S CAREER CONVERSATIONS
Tuesday, February 7, 12pm, Hinckley Center 3rd Floor Assembly Hall
This biannual luncheon provides an opportunity for women students in STEM fields to listen to women professionals from academia and industry. The luncheon is free, but seating is limited. For more information visit wcc.byu.edu

Dust off your resumes and get your clothes dry-cleaned, the semi-annual BYU STEM Fair is here! Connect with future employers and network your way to the top through workshops and activities that are directed at helping you! Check out the list of upcoming STEM workshops below:
  • Attend a "Resume Review" with a career counselor to get that resume polished-up before the fair.  They will be meeting with students on Thursday, February 2, 11am-1pm in the CTB lounge.
  • A representative from Qualtrics will be presenting Career Fair 101 on Friday, February 3, 12pm, 3228 WSC

3MT APPLICATION DEADLINE
This university-wide competition challenges students working on a graduate degree to explain their thesis in three minutes. The CPMS competition will be Friday, February 24, 11:30am, in the Hinckley Center 3rd Floor Assembly Hall. Apply by Friday, February 3. For more info, click here.

GSS RESEARCH PRESENTATION APPLICATION DEADLINE
Graduate students presenting original research at conferences or performing or displaying creative work are eligible to receive a Research Presentation Award (RPA) averaging $400. Apply by Friday, February 10, at 5pm. Submit applications for Winter 2017 RPA here

SRC ABSTRACT DEADLINE
The Student Research Conference (SRC) is an annual event sponsored by the College of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (CPMS) that gives both graduate and undergraduate students the opportunity to present their research in a professional conference setting. All abstracts for the 2017 SRC must be submitted by Friday, February 10 here
