KIDS ages 4-10 join us for Children's Church Sabbath, January 26th, in the Community Hall! Children's Church is held on the LAST Sabbath of each month!
Come join us for some fun and games watching Super Bowl 52, February 3, in the Community Hall. Game starts at 3:30pm. There will be a table football tournament at half time, a score pick game, Super Bowl Trivia, Super Bowl Bingo during the game. Bring food and/or your favorite football food, and drinks. Becoming a Man of God - March 1-3
The UCC Men’s Summit tackles important questions around manhood.  Men; do you find yourself struggling to know where you fit as a man? Children's/Young Teen’s Leadership Expo
This will be Sunday March 3, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., at the Upper Columbia Conference. This year’s VBS previews will include the Adventist VBX, Jamii Kingdom, as well as a demo of the Biblically-themed program, Athens, plus another African savannah-themed VBS, Roar, and a weekend VBS, Yee Haw.  Special topics include breakouts on crafts, decorating ideas and how-to’s for Beginners and Kindergarten teachers, a breakout about engaging ideas for pre-teens and young teens (Primary, Junior, Earliteen age).  Also Attorney Jennifer Carpenter will give straight talk about helping our children and teens navigate the complex world of sex – including body safety, boundaries, consent, appropriate touching, and God’s plan for healthy relationships. If you are parents or lead out in areas for children and teens, mark your calendar and join us!  On-line registration opens soon.

UCC Announces Official Position on World Church Affirmation Sabbath
During a regularly scheduled meeting, December 4, 2018, the Upper Columbia Conference executive committee voted an official conference position banning activities of the group calling themselves the World Church Affirmation Sabbath (WCAS).  Following a thoughtful and open discussion of the distractions being created in UCC churches as a result of WCAS activities and actions, the conference executive committee overwhelmingly voted to ban WCAS public or private activities from UCC churches, schools and property. Furthermore, UCC pulpits are not to be used to promote the WCAS or their divisive agenda. A document outlining the conference position on the WCAS and its activities was shared with pastors and church leaders across the conference:
