Dear Stitchers,
I desperately tried to email you several times from Columbus but the servers were NOT being good little robots. So here is what I wrote on Thursday. I'll update you more tomorrow afternoon with what I actually brought home...and YES, I'm back!
I had an easy ride to Columbus Wednesday - after all, it didn't rain on the way as I had expected. I hear there were storms at home though! I visited a couple of shops near Columbus including needlepoint and knitting. It's fun to see how other shops display items and network with people. I also tasted Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream cream for the first time - yes it IS as good as people say. Then I checked into the hotel and hung out until my good friend Randi showed up and we went to dinner and caught up. It's always great to see friends and even better when you have time to relax! I had a vegetarian wrap at Barley's Brewing Co. and my favorite drink of choice. YUM to both!
Today I have a class at noon so I think I'll go explore the little shops on High Street. I'm sure I can get into more retail therapy trouble than I did yesterday...although I bought an AWESOME rabbit pillow at a place called Thalia and Dahlia. It's in the car or I'd take a picture for you. ANYWAY! I've received more pictures so here they are, pricing information at the bottom of the pictures. NOTE: If you want these in 18 ct.
