Seminars are a  popular activity at Guild School. We will continue to hold these on Saturday morning, and Sunday and Monday evenings. Seminars will be the only events on those evenings. No open houses. Here's the schedule.
Week of March 6: Seminar descriptions and sign-up form will be mailed out and posted online.
March 25: Deadline for returning seminar choices. This is not first-come, first-serve.
March 27: Lottery drawing for seminar assignments. Shortly after, class lists will be posted the website.
June: Sign-up is closed until school. Upon arrival at school, students can sign up in the school office for available seminars.
2019 Seminars. Clockwise: Peter Rabbit Sack and Bib by Mariella Vitale; Elves Decorating a Tree by Barbara Kalty; Wind Chime by Hillary Lee; Finishing Your Miniature Linen with Hemstitch by Natalia Frank
Special Exhibit Honoring Carol Hardy
Carol Hardy, IGMA Fellow, taught at Guild School for 34 years. Her husband Dick, an Artisan, assisted her for most those years. Carol quietly announced her retirement after the 2019 school year. We will be honoring her decades of teaching and artistic talent by holding a special exhibit. Please bring any projects you have made in a class with Carol or Dick or items you have purchased from them. Contact Audrey Tripp, Auction Coordinator,
Pete Boorum, center, with Sherry Roberson, left, and Jolie Gaston, right.
Sherry and Jolie met their first year at school, 21 years ago and have remained good friends.
