Dear Friends of Libertas School of Memphis,
Since moving-in to Brookmeade on June 1st, we have so many exciting updates to share about the metamorphosis into our rich, rigorous, personalized learning environment!
  • Families are streaming in every day to register. PreK is almost full, and we also have just a few spots left in Kindergarten. If you still have not registered your child, please do so ASAP by contacting Sharon Fields at 901-609-3611, or come by the school.
  • Thanks to grants from GrowMemphis and Tennessee Recreation and Parks Association, our courtyard and grounds are being transformed into our garden and permaculture program and adventure playground. Please join us to break ground on our garden beds on Tuesday, June 23 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. All are invited to attend this event here at 3777 Edenburg Dr.
  • Our first-in-the-nation urban Montessori teacher Institute & Residency launches on June 29th, with over 20 educators taking part.
  • We are cleaning, painting, and expanding classrooms to make room for engaging Montessori materials.
