 Acupressure Points To Relieve Insomnia
Try these acupressure points at home to help promote
better quality sleep!


Kidney 1 is a great point for someone who’s “in their head” and stuck in rattling or undirected thoughts, which in turn can disrupt sleep or cause an out of body or adrenal experience.


This is a good acupressure point to apply pressure to for 1 minute before going to sleep
to promote a restful sleep. 


This point is useful for calming the mind. It is recommended to apply pressure or rub this point before bed. Lavender oil can be applied to the skin at this point as well.
