In this half-day session, led by Bob Kleiber, Manager of Investor Relations at U.S. Bank and finance faculty member at Metro State University, we will discuss specific things you can do to become a more valued and credible member of your organization by enhancing your knowledge of the business of business. We will help you understand how to identify the financial drivers of your organization and how these financial fundamentals are reflected in the balance sheet, income and cash flow statements. With this knowledge you’ll be able to understand better how your company or clients make money, how they sell their products and services and how they decide where and when to invest to add capacity, add a product line or an entire business. Join us as we peel the onion on this complex but essential topic.
