Understanding the way our customers move through a space, purchase items online, or are transferred through your organization shapes the way we market and communicate. Come roll up your sleeves and learn the basics of customer journey mapping. After a brief presentation, participants will walk through their own journey map with guidance from the facilitator. This process will allow gaps or missed opportunities to surface and allow us to view a process from our customer’s perspective. Bring a customer experience example to map and an open mind!
