NocTel Branding Overhaul Coming

Changes are coming to NocTel! Coming in February NocTel will begin a branding overhaul! NocTel has been working the past few months on new designs and we are getting close to a finalizing and rolling them out to the public. 

So in February don't be surprised or alarmed when you log in to the NocTel control panel or get a NocTel email, and it looks a little different. It's still us, just a new version of us! 

A Guide to NocTel Support 

Sometimes you just need a little help, and that's okay. So when you need support with your NocTel systems, where should you start? 

A good first stop on your search for answers in the NocTel knowledge base at noctel.com/help. Our online knowledge base is a collection of how-to and supports documents, it covers a large range of topics from how to rename an extension to using bulk operation tools. The knowledgebase is always growing and improving so be sure to stop by now and then for updates. 

If you can't find the answer to your question there or need a little extra help, the best way to contact support is via email at support@noctel.com or by calling 503.764.4300 (toll-free at 888.400.4521) 

We do ask that when emailing your support questions that you use our main support address support@noctel.com rather than any individual NocTel support personnel emails. We can not guarantee that support questions directed to NocTel staff emails will be seen or addressed promptly.

NocTel Status Page
Another great resource is the NocTel Status page. The status page is a great place to check if you suspect something might be wrong. Any major issue that might affect multiple users is reported and updated there. We also post scheduled maintenance notices so you can be aware when we might be doing upgrades and maintenance which could affect you. 
Upcoming Maintenance Notice
Infrastructure maintenance on NocTel's support email is scheduled for Saturday, January 20th, 2018 beginning at 3 PM PDT to 12 AM PDT 1/21. Durning this time NocTel's support email will be unavailable. For support inquiries please call NocTel support at 503.764.4300 or toll-free at 888.400.4521 or use our Kayako Support Center by first registering if you have not, and then use the Submit a Ticket option.
