Sometimes we all need a little help with the technology we use every day. With that in mind, the NocTel support team has created a new guide to help our users troubleshoot some of the common issues related to VoIP devices.  

The new guide covers items that users should check when one or more of their NocTel phones is not functioning correctly. It covers topics from rebooting the device and checking connections to some basic network troubleshooting. The guide is made with a non-technical user in mind but can be beneficial for more tech-savvy users, IT help desk staff, and users new to VoIP service and devices.

If you are having an issue with one of your NocTel phones, reviewing this guide is a great place to start. The solution to your problem could be as simple as rebooting some equipment. Check out the new guide and others at the NocTel Knowledgebase.

Deleting a User

As your organization grows and changes, you may need to remove users from your NocTel control panel account. Keeping an updated user list by removing inactive users helps keep your account secure.

Mastering the Basics
Whether you just came onboard with NocTel or you have been with us since the beginning, we could all use a refresher from time to time.

The NocTel control panel gives our users complete control over their communication experience from adding new numbers and extensions and administering user access levels to creating advanced auto-attendants and more.

We recently made an update to our Control Panel User Guide, and we highly recommend checking it out if you want to learn more about using the control panel and becoming a master over your organization's communication.
