The sour is another classic: the original form would be a Whisky or Pisco Sour.
Key Ingredients: Whiskey/Pisco, lemon juice, sugar, angostura bitters and egg white. The egg white adds no flavour, just body and a silky-smooth texture. Served straight up. The Rose Sour uses Professor Cornelius Ampleforth Sloe Gin, dry vermouth, lemon juice and house-made honey rose syrup. Delicious.
