Start acceleration program to suppot developers

Something about Portuguese experience:

On January the 22nd, IPN hosted the kick-off session of the 13 Portuguese projects approved in project SOUL-FI's first call. These 13 projects are a result of the first Round A cut-off date, in which a grand total of 49 projects were awarded across Europe. They are going to be granted 10.000€ for the development and validation of their projects' business model by implementation of a proof of concept, as well as specialized tutoring provided by a dedicated SOUL-FI team member. Through the session each of the teams had the opportunity of presenting their project to the other participants, and get to know IPN's SOUL-FI team, which will guide them through the next three months, in the acceleration program designed for this Round A.

Something about Italian experience:

On February the 5th, Foundation for Research and Innovation of the University of Florence hosted the kick-off session of the 6 Italian awarded projects, SOUL-FI's Round A1. All the participants presented, by means of a pitch, their business and the winning design of the call. Some of them were present n person and other via Skype. It was a good opportunity to get to know the Italian team, relate to them and begin the acceleration program, through the services of tutoring, mentoring and coaching included in Soul FI Project.
