Don’t think that to be healthy you can’t celebrate and have fun.

On the contrary, you can actually have more fun, feel better about yourself, and wake up Monday morning feeling great, even if your team loses.

What Is Your "WHY"?

There is a larger reason each of us are committed to our heart health and overall wellness. That is your "why" statement. Your "why" encompasses your reasons for caring about your health and your personal connection to cardiac care. It is your purpose behind your passion. We want to hear your "why"!

Share your "WHY" with us by emailing We would love to feature you on our Facebook page!

Featured Health Tip

Be persistent to stick to your 2015 resolutions! Experts say it takes about 21 days for a new activity to become a habit and six months for it to become part of your personality.

Change won’t happen overnight, but with patience and persistence, your resolutions will stick!
