Spring has sprung and though it may be hard to believe, Arizona summer is on the near horizon. Read through our newsletter to check out recent news and information from Optimal Heart Attack & Stroke Prevention Center. You're Invited! Join us for an exclusive event on May 15 

Join us for The Heart of It All: Don't Lose Sight of Your "Why", an evening dedicated to celebrating how far you’ve come on your optimal health journey, remembering why you made this commitment to your overall well being in the first place, and to gain new insight into your health and wellness.

When: Thursday, May 15, 2014 from 6-8 p.m.

Where: Gainey Ranch Golf Club
7600 E Gainey Club Dr, Scottsdale, AZ 85258

Who: You and up to two guests - be sure to RSVP!
*For any guest(s) you bring who schedules a personal consultation with Dr. Feyrer-Melk at the event, you will be entered to win our grand prize!

What: The event will feature member stories, a brief presentation by Dr. Feyrer-Melk, heart-healthy cooking demonstration and restaurant ordering tips, fitness demonstration, raffle prizes and more. Guests will also enjoy delicious hors d'oeuvres.

There is a larger reason each of us are committed to our heart health and overall wellness. That is your "why" statement. A "why" encompasses your reasons for caring about your health and your personal connection to cardiac care. It is your purpose behind your passion. We want to hear your "why"!

statement by emailing by Monday, May 12th and you will be entered to win a $25 gift card!
