Did You Know?
  • We now have full school bus service
  • Recreation Centre hours are 6am-10pm daily, for residents & guests year round
  • We have reliable high speed internet with a direct link to the SuperNet
  • Potable water to the cottages has not been turned off for last 2 years
  • We are taxed at Full Residential, same as any other full time residence in Rocky View County.
To date, 20% of CottageClub owners are using their cottage as their Primary or Permanent Canadian Residence.
The remaining 80% of owners use their cottage as a second home. The community is professionally managed by Gateway Property Management. Condo fees are $163 per month, which includes ground keeping of all common areas, snow cleaning of roads, potable water to your cottage, garbage/recycling, operation of the Recreation Centre, and maintenance of all of the above plus the beach, boat ramp/docks, green spaces, playgrounds and gated entry. CottageClub has an on-site caretaker, the lowest condo fees in Alberta (and expected to stay that way) and a very healthy reserve fund!
