"I'm an evangelist. That's what I do."
Freddy never imagined when he moved from the Congo to South Africa for work and a better life that he would become a Christian, much less, a preacher, evangelist, and church planter.
Yet, that is just what happened. Freddy immigrated in 2005 and worked for 8 months before meeting a local Christian who took the time to study with him. After being baptized, Freddy started teaching others and was encouraged to go to SABC so he could be more effective in the Kingdom. So in 2008, Freddy, and wife, Dada, moved their family to Benoni to study.
Today, Freddy and Dada have planted a church not far from the SABC campus in a new government housing development. They support themselves by working part-time in various endeavors. The congregation is flourishing and is even starting to send students to SABC for training!
You can watch a 15 minute interview with Freddy on the videos page of our website at http://www.southernafricabiblecollege.org/videos. It is at the bottom of the page.
