Please be advised that a potential funding issue has been identified by First Data. While First Data did attempt to address the issue, there is a small chance that your account was affected.
Transactions processed on 10/27/2019 may not have been deposited into merchants' bank accounts. First Data attempted to fix this error by adding the non-deposited transactions into the merchants' 10/28 batch, which would have been deposited on 10/29.
We have just become aware that not all transactions were correctly batched by the processor and some merchants may be missing funds from 10/27.
Here's what to do:
- Determine which transactions were run on 10/27/2019.
- Ensure that the funds from 10/27/2019 were deposited correctly into your bank account.
- If the funds were not deposited correctly on 10/28, check the following day's deposits. They may have been combined with that batch, as per the fix First Data attempted.
