Learn to use food strategically to "stack the deck" in your favor! Clinical Nutritionist Leni Felton returns to Driver's to discuss ways to prevent dementia and reverse cognitive decline. Leni will briefly review the “Map for Preventing & Reversing Cognitive Decline.” She will then discuss the role that food and eating strategies play to strengthen the body & clarify the mind. You will learn about: • Paleo, Omnivore, Vegetarian and Keto diets • Timing of meals • Fasting • Compressed eating window • The 'non-negotiables'.
